NoClue AI is a desktop application that provides AI-powered meeting assistance, including:
- Real-time audio transcription during meetings
- AI-generated responses and suggestions
- Meeting summaries and insights
- Screen capture and optical character recognition (OCR)
- Optional cloud storage for meeting data
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Obtain necessary permissions before recording or transcribing meetings
- Respect the privacy and consent of other meeting participants
- Provide accurate API keys and configuration information
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software
4. Privacy and Data

5. Subscription and Payment
NoClue AI operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Locally stored data remains on your device.
